Position: Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
- Support improvement of the operational systems, processes and policies in support of ITC’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes, and corporate administration.
- Managing various administrative processes within ITC and ensuring that procedures meet corporate needs and are consistently understood and followed by staff.
- Support facility and personnel security clearance requirements and actions, as needed.
- Provide executive support duties.
- Support corporate regulatory compliance with various state and federal laws, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Handling assignments of a confidential nature, which may include sensitive issues and special projects. Performing research on a wide variety of subjects in order to provide Senior Leadership necessary materials and information.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Directly responsible and accountable for overall execution, delivery, and compliance of any assigned programs or contract vehicles (OASIS+, Polaris).
- Establish and maintain relationships with various key stakeholders – employees, subcontractors, vendors, military leaders, government agencies, etc.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, responding in a timely manner to requests and inquiries.
- Lead daily customer interactions to ensure expectations are consistently met, milestones are delivered, requirements are collected and communicated, and feedback shared with the program team.
- Track program status and action items and communicate high priority issues back to the leadership team.
- Lead development of and ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality, adhere to internal standards, and meet performance, schedule and cost metrics and are delivered on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Lead the identification of program risks (especially those impacting operational readiness) and creation of mitigation plans, as well as work toward finding customer-acceptable solutions to any problems which may arise during program performance; Implement solutions and resolve program issues.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through industry engagement, networking, and tracking opportunities in key acquisition platforms, such as GovWin IQ, Navy SeaPort NXG, SAM.gov, PIEE, GSA MAS, GSA OASIS+, POLARIS, and others.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the development of business strategies and action plans to achieve short-term and long-term growth objectives.
- Support proposal development and capture activities as required.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and symposia to represent the company as member of the business development team.
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations role
- Must possess an upbeat and personable demeanor with an ability to interact and relate well with both external and internal contacts at all levels.
- Ability to work with senior-level leaders and support personnel to respond to, plan for, and meet quick-response requests and facilitate execution of requests with higher organizational elements
- Ability to work independently with little supervision to produce consistently exceptional work
- Ability to problem solve and successfully resolve issues
- Professional proficiency in oral and written communications and demonstrated ability to prepare and present briefings to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, high stress environment

- Ability to have a flexible work schedule and accommodate for potential travel as needed
- Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- BA/BS in related field
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Military or Department of Defense experience
